I've been reading about micro-battles as a strategy for driving innovation and agility within organizations. The concept of tackling small, focused initiatives to achieve quick wins sounds promising. However, I'm curious about the real-world application. Has anyone here implemented micro-battles in their company? What successes or challenges did you encounter during the process?​

I find I struggle deeply with connecting with my other half. He goes the extra mile and anyone looking in can see my devotion to him. I often leave him feeling like I have kept him out of my world. No matter how I explain it to him he still is left feeling less than loved. What I was once able to make him feel, loved, confident, and completely secure in our relationship I am no longer able to have the energy to do. I had less obligations to emotionally invest in so he had all th best of me. I no longer know how to emotionally give him the same level of attention. I do not see a life without him. I just wish I could help him understand me.
